Ingredients for Kaiserschwarm

200 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | tbsp | Dark Rum |

50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Kaiserschwarm
To prepare the Kaiserschwarm recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the raisins softly in the room for 1/2 hour.
Whip the egg yolks with salt and sugar. Stir milk and vanilla. Bring the flour for a little while. Gently mix the raisins in.
Whip egg whites completely stiff (a very small salt of salt makes it easier). Gently mix them with dough crabs.
Melt 1 teaspoon butter in a pan and pour half in, behind it for about 4 minutes until it is light brown at the bottom. Turn the pancake with a lid and behind it on the other side.
Divide it into 6-8 parts, put on a hot dish placed in oven at 100 degrees.
Melt the rest of the butter and on the rest of the dough.
When serving, sprinkle with a flourish (through fine sift) and served with fruit compote and / or a good jam.
