2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
5 | dl | Strong coffee |
75 | g | Cane sugar |
Instructions for Kaffegranita
To prepare the Kaffegranita recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wrap the coffee.
Dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee.
Let the coffee cool and style in the freezer in a bowl.
Gently stir every half hour with a whip to collect the crystals on top.
Whip the cream of foam and stir the flour in it.
Distribute the coffee into four high glasses.
Top it with the cream and chopped / grated chocolate.
