Ingredients for Kødsovs (Italian sugo)
Good olive oil | ||
1 | pkg | Bacon cubes |
1 | can | Chopped tomato |
1 | pkg | Pureed tomato (500 ml) |
1 | glass | Red wine |
1 | Great canned tomato concentrate | |
1 | Large onion | |
2 | Carrots | |
2 | tsp | Oregano |
2-3 | bone | Leaf celery |
400 | g | Beef |
Instructions for Kødsovs (Italian sugo)
To prepare the Kødsovs (Italian sugo) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the golden roots, celery and onions fine and set aside.
Heat a thickened pot and add 1 tablespoon of good olive oil. Add the bacon and let the water in the bacon evaporate. (The bacoen turns white)
Add the chopped vegetables to the water evaporates. (About 10 minutes or until the vegetables become tender / transient.) Add the beef and veal again until all water has evaporated (about 7-8 minutes)
Add the red wine and cook the dish until all alcohol has evaporated. (About 8 minutes) Add the puree and chopped tomatoes. Boil dishes. Add the tomato concentrates and the oregano and turn on the lowest blush. Put the lid on the pot and let the tin be small for 1½ - 3 hours, knowing that it sounds a lot, but the longer it stands, the better it becomes.
Stir around in court every quarter.
