Instructions for Julienne soup 02
To prepare the Julienne soup 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grate carrot, celery and potato on the coarse side of the roast kernel or cut them into very thin strips.
Cut the pears into thin rings.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.
Season all the vegetables until they are light golden.
Pour the soup into the pan.
Boil the soup under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve parsley in a bowl or sprinkle it over the soup before serving.
