Instructions for Jansson's Temptation from Paradise

To prepare the Jansson's Temptation from Paradise recipe, please follow these instructions:

I use baking potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin strips ½-1 cm thick - like thin fritters. These are diluted for approx. 1 hour time. That is, put in a bowl of water. The water is poured and the potato strips are dried in a dish.
