8Small or 4 large pork chops

Instructions for Italian pork chops II

To prepare the Italian pork chops II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rub the chops with salt, pepper and spice mixture. Brown them in butter on a frying pan, approx. 2 minutes on each side.

Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces and put it together with the liquid and the 2 teaspoons. Fried lemon peel in the frying pan. Then add lemon juice and squeezed garlic.

Cover with a lid and let the chopsticks smash until they are passed, approx. 10 - 15 minutes.
