Instructions for Italian bread 04
To prepare the Italian bread 04 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix yeast and salt. Then add the water. Luck just a little flour in increments, knead the dough until it is smooth and supple.
Let dough raise in 30 min. Part dough into 2 equal parts and shape them to bread.
Set them on a plate with wax paper and let them raise covered with a tea towel for 30 minutes more. Loaves bake on bottom oven at 250 degrees Groove for 15 minutes, then turn down to 200 degrees and let it bake for 15 minutes. Unscrew the last down up 175 degrees and let them bake for 15 minutes more.
Loaves should sound hollow when banks them at the bottom, let them cool on a wire rack.
Tips:
Loaves are freezer suitable.
