To prepare the Isappelsiner recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the oranges across, well over the middle. Squeeze the juice of the fruit - add 4-4 1/2 dl juice, which is mixed with lemon juice. Place the orange peel in a plastic bag and store them in the refrigerator. Give sugar and water a boil. Let the cream get cold and mix it with orange and lemon juice. Pour the juice layer into an alubeholder and style it covered in the freezer for 3-4 hours. After about 1 hour the sides and bottom of the mold are scraped with a spoon so that the already frozen mass is mixed with the liquid. When the whole mixture has consistency like snowy shells, it is divided into the hollowed orange crumbs. Serve immediately or store the stuffed orange peel in a sealed container.
