To prepare the Incineration soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut all the vegetables out, size according to and if you want to blend the soup at last or eat it with pieces of vegetables in.
Put all the vegetables in and cover them with water.
When all the vegetables are almost tender, put the boullion, tomato sauce, peeled tomatoes and taco sauce in.
Boil the soup and season with salt, pepper, curry and chilli or parsley, as desired.
If you choose to blend it, you first taste it after it has become a little colder and until you have blended it, possibly with a rod blender.

This is an incineration soup. You can either use it one day you have eaten too much and need a calorie diet right. Otherwise you can follow the Suppe Cure, where you can lose up to 8 kg in one week. The week should be as follows: ■ Day 1 - Soup plus as much fruit as you like. You must avoid bananas. Tip especially watermelons are calorie poor. ■ Day 2 - Soup plus vegetables (fresh or cooked). Try especially to eat lettuce. In the evening you must eat a large baked potato with a little butter or oil. You must avoid peas, corn and beans. ■ Day 3 - Soup plus fruit and vegetables. You eat as a combination of the first two days without the potato. ■ Day 4 - Soup plus up to 3 bananas and drink as much skim milk as you like. ■ Day 5 - Soup plus up to 350 grams of beef (without fat) / chicken (without skin) / turkey (without skin) and up to six tomatoes. You must eat the soup at least once. ■ Day 6 - Soup plus so much beef (without fat) / chicken (without skin) / turkey (without skin) and vegetables (except potatoes, peas, corn and beans) as you wish. You must eat the soup at least once. ■ Day 7 - Soup plus brown rice, vegetables (except potatoes, peas, corn and beans) and unsweetened fruit juices The rules ■ Drink plenty of water every day ■ No alcohol during the course ■ Do not drink soda or other carbonated drinks (neither light nor Danish water ) ■ Drink only water, skimmed milk, unsweetened fruit juice and tea / coffee without additives. ■ Do not eat food containing flour, sugar or sweeteners. ■ Do not eat anything cooked in butter or oil.
