To prepare the Icelandic Layer Cake IIII recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip very stiff and 4æggehvider mix 140 g. icing sugar and 140 g. desiccated coconut in place in a Mass meldrysset. springform and bake at 175grms in ca. 50 min. on the lower Groove.

Cream: Whip 4 egg yolks with 60 g. icing sugar, 100 g. a little soft butter and in addition 100 g. melted chocolate. Everything is mixed and poured on the cake after it has cooled.
