To prepare the Ice with blackberries and Pernod recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the sugar and the corn flour for there is no longer any lumps. Whisk in the milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Cook through for a few minutes. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
