250 | g | Frozen strawberries |
4 | Egg yolks | |
5 | dl | Prepared from plain yogurt |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Ice front
To prepare the Ice front recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the strawberries and blend them to the purée. Put the puree in a saucepan and cook with the sugar. Let it boil under low heat for 2 minutes and let it cool. Put it in a high metal rim shape and style it in the freezer. Turn and rotate the mold sometimes during freezing, so that the puree freezes on sides and at the bottom of the mold. Whip egg yolks and sugar airy pour the orange juice in a thin jet during whipping. Stir the yeast in. Whip the cream stiff and gently turn it in. Fill the cream into the mold. Let it freeze until the next day. Served with orange salad.
