Instructions for Ice cream with marcipan and chocolate
To prepare the Ice cream with marcipan and chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the cream to the foam. Whip egg yolks, sugar and vanilla to an airy eggshell. Turn the whipped cream into the eggshell.
Cut the marcipan into smaller pieces and chop the chocolate. Add that cream and pour it into a mold. Tires with tightly closed lid or alloy oil.
Freeze the cream in min. 4 hours.
When serving, icing ice with melted dark chocolate
