50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Margarine |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Hvedeskorper
To prepare the Hvedeskorper recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is lunched, the yeast is thrown out. The Margarine crumbled in the flour. Milk, salt and sugar are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 30 minutes.
The dough is thrown down and trilled in 2 long sausages. The sausages are cut into 18 pieces, which are placed on the plate. Repeats approx. 15 minutes.
Baking time 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees.
The elongated muffins are flaked and placed on the plate. Dried 6 minutes at 250 degrees. The oven turns off and the crusts dry approx. ¾ hours in the oven's heat.

The shoots are stored in a crate or sealed plastic bag.
Served for coffee and tea with butter, cheese and marmalade.
