1 | dl | Oatmeal |

1,4 | l | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Vinegar |
3 | tsp | Herbal salt |
5 | dl | Lukewarm water |
50 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Husarbrød
To prepare the Husarbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in a bowl and pour it into the water. Add the other ingredients, but save a couple of flour to later. Stir and knead the dough smoothly and then raise it under a dish to double size or approx. 30 min. Spread the dough smoothly with the rest of the flour on a crispy baking table. Form it for two butted bread, which raises on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or in lubricated molds a 1½ L. for approx. 30 min. Bake in the bottom of the oven at 200º for approx. 30 min. Brush with water and cool to a baker. Put a dish over.
