Ingredients for Hungarian risfad

300 | g | Beef, chopped roughly 16% fat |
5 | dl | Sour cream 18% |
5 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Hungarian risfad
To prepare the Hungarian risfad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook rice as directed on package.
Sauté the finely chopped onion in the oil/margarine until clear add the paprika and fry it a little with, add ground beef and mix for meat have shared it, salt and pepper are added along with broth, let it småsimre for 10 min.
Cut the peppers into small pieces.
Take a baking dish with high edge. First a thin layer of HP. tomatoes and peppers a little salt and pepper, then a layer of cooked rice, a layer of beef, condenses there, last layer should be tomatoes and bell peppers.
Half of the sour cream is distributed over the Court and blended with a fork so it comes down in court. Tinfoil be close on the dish and put it in the oven at 180 degrees c. alm. oven for 25 mins.
The rest of the sour cream served to and possibly. a little coarse bread.
