Instructions for Hulkager
To prepare the Hulkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the butter into small pieces and crumble it into the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough together. Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Roll out dough thinly on floured board, and plug the cakes out with column form, approximately 6 cm in diameter. Poke a small hole in the cake with the smallest column form. Dot pasties with a fork. Behind them at the top of the oven at 225 c for approx. 10 min.
