Instructions for House Chokomousse
To prepare the House Chokomousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Share the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a water bath. Take the Bowl out of the water bath and stir coffee and egg yolks in. Whip the cream stiff and turn it into chocolate mass, once it has been cold.
Pour in serving glasses/Bowl and set chokomoussen in the fridge for about 4 hours. Garnish, if desired. with chopped almonds fried in butter.
