Ingredients for Honey hearts
1 | tsp | Cardamom, ground |
1 | tsp | Cloves, bruised |
1 | tsp | Water |
10 | g | Yeast |
2 | Egg yolk | |
2 | tsp | Baking powder |
2 | tsp | Cinnamon, ground |
2 | tsp | Potash |
200 | g | Cooking chocolate |
450 | g | Honey |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Honey hearts
To prepare the Honey hearts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the honey in a large saucepan. Mix flour with spices and antler salt. Stir in the honey.
Stir the yeast into the egg yolk, and potash in a little water. Add both and let the dough rest for 1-2 hours at room temperature.
Deploy the dough into 1 cm thickness and stick-out hearts.
Behind them at 180 degrees c. alm. oven for about 10 mins.
Brush hearts with melted chocolate. Honey hearts can split and combine with apricot or orange Marmalade.
They must be stored in a tightly sealed Tin.
