1tspChili powder
1Lemon juice only
12Big sausage of pork
2Large onion
3tbspLiquid honey
3tbspCoarse mustard
3cloveCrushed garlic

To prepare the Honey and mustard sausages with løgbåde recipe, please follow these instructions:

Garlic, lemon juice, mustard, honey and chilli in a bowl and stir it well.

Cut the onions in half through the root and tip so that the layers still is out on each other. Cut the halves into quarters. Slice the quartered onion in 2-3 both each and make sure that they don't go from one another. Set løgbådene on 2-3 long spid.
