To prepare the Homemade whole grain pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour and salt and put it as a pyramid on the kitchen table, make a recess in the middle. Beat the eggs out of the recess and knead them into the flour, first with a fork, then with your fingers. Knead the dough smooth and supple. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Roll the dough out to a 2-3 mm. Thin sheet on a floured board. Cut it into ½ cm. Thick strips, or use a pasta machine and follow the Ruff Guide. Let the pasta to dry approximately 30 minutes.
Bring water, oil and salt to a boil. Came the pasta in and let it cook for 7-8 minutes. Pour the pasta in a colander and let it drain away.
Served piping hot.
