1 | Red onion | |
2/3 | bottle | Vedsmagende red wine |
20 | g | Butter |
2-3 | dl | Ribena (not light) |

Instructions for Homemade red cabbage (Supreme)
To prepare the Homemade red cabbage (Supreme) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is melted with medium heat in a saucepan and a finely chopped red onion is added. Then add the red cabbage chopped to your liking (like fine) and the apple.
Cut the orange in the quarters and cloves add and add the red cabbage.
Then add wine, 2 dl ribena, a little balsamic, cinnamon and thyme.
It must now be simmered under low for 2-3 hours. It is continually flavored and adjusted according to how sweet it is. Also add some salt and pepper
Ribena needs to be replaced with something else. Its only function is to add sweetness to the court.
