150 | g | Basil, fresh |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | dl | Olive oil |

To prepare the Homemade Italian Pesto recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the basil leaves and put them into the blender, together with 3/4 part of the pine nuts, the 2-clove garlic and a small portion of the oil and blend this for 10-15 min to make it a green mass.
Add a little more oil all of it should be a liquid mass not too thick.
Then put it in a refrigerator to make it like a kind of soft pasta.
tips:
This tastes well mixed with boiled pasta sprinkled with parmesan cheese, can be eaten as dinner
