To prepare the Homemade icecream cake with chocolate pieces / nuts recipe, please follow these instructions:
Nutcracker blend hazelnuts into a minihakker for flour. Pour the dough into a bowl, add 2 eggs and sugar. Stir it all together into a rye bread like dough. Butter a spring and pour the dough into it. Bake baked at 170 degrees at the bottom of the oven for 25-40 minutes it must be dark brown. When the cake is baked, loosen the bottom and lay it on baking paper until it is cold. Then put it in the form, until the ice cream is poured upstairs and freeze.
IS Whip the egg yolks stiff in a bowl of flour. Whip in another bowl of egg whites. Whip in a third bowl the cream stiff as a whipped cream. Then mix the egg whites into the egg yolk mass and stir carefully with a dough scraper. Then blend the whipped cream and turn it gently. Add 3 tsp. Vanilla sugar, chopped chocolate and 50 grams of hazelnuts half mixed in ice cream, the rest to decorate on, and possibly a crumb also when the mass is laid in the spring shape. Freeze the ice for 5-7 hours. Served with coffee to.
