To prepare the Homemade icecream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks and whipped cream to a thick creamy cream.
Whip egg whites stiff. Whip the cream stiff. Chop the chocolate well.
Gently stir it all together. Benefit in serving glass. Put in freezer.
