To prepare the Homemade cream cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip cream and whole milk pour into a thickened pot and heat to 25 degrees C. With continued stirring add the buttermilk. The milk must now stand in a hot spot, (possibly on the lighthouse) for 6 hours with a lid. Possibly. Covered with a towel to keep the temperature as good as possible.
