Ingredients for Homemade Chinese fried pork

0.5 | tsp | Five spice powder |
0.5 | tbsp | Chinese cooking wine |
1200 | g | Pork |
2 | tbsp | Vinegar |
2 | tsp | Sugar (which I do not add) |
Instructions for Homemade Chinese fried pork
To prepare the Homemade Chinese fried pork recipe, please follow these instructions:
PREPARATION: Chinese cooking wine is lubricated on the meat side
Then sprinkle the white pepper powder on the meat side
Then sprinkle five spices powder onto the meat side
Then the salt on the meat side
The meat is turned so it has swung upwards in a refractory dish in the refrigerator for approx. 12 hours
After the 12 hours you make out of three thin wood spikes / metal spoons that have been drained together
You pierce holes all the way around as close as you can
Then take a large piece of stanniol and make a dish around the meat as close as possible
Then wipe the vinegar on the sword and swallow it with a thick layer of coarse salt (about 1½ cm thick layer)
Stir in a preheated oven for approx. 45 - 50 min.
The meat is taken out of the oven and all the salt is removed
Now take the meat and put it on a grate on top of the stanol and put it in the oven again
Step now the meat to the swollen is crispy (about 10-15 min.)
Now cut the meat in the middle and then divide the two pieces along, finally cut the pieces into even pieces of approx. 2 cm thick
Served if required. Along with rice.
