To prepare the Hjermmelavet marsipan recipe, please follow these instructions:
The tonsils must be scalded or cleaned; for must. Put them in a roasting pan for tøring a few days time. Paint on Almond grinder, only once. Mix with sugar and run through the grinder again.
The mass is mixed with egg white, one at a time.
Be careful that you don't over work the mass because when oil comes out of the tonsils and you get an oily marzipan.
