Instructions for Herring Rolls II
To prepare the Herring Rolls II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Favor a mix of red onions, garlic and Dill on the flesh side of the herring. Roll the fillets on the mixture. Put the rollers in a greased baking dish, pour the lemon juice, dijon mustard and cream by so that it covers the herring rollers half.
Put the dish in the oven for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees C with foil.
Serve with boiled potatoes and green beans
