Instructions for Heart bread
To prepare the Heart bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast out with hand-hot water Add gaio and oil flour a little at a time. Com sunflower seeds crushed garlic in and knead the dough well. Let it raise ½ hour. Form dough into 19 buns shaped as a heart of dough balls. After lifted in 15 min. and brushed with oil and sprinkled with thyme. Bake at 200 * in 35 min.
