To prepare the Healthy, light and delicious potato soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
First peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, put into a pot of water and bring to a boil.
While the potatoes boil the slices of the cut, these are boiled together with the potatoes for the last few minutes of the cooking time.
It is difficult to specify the exact time for the potatoes to boil, but approx. 30 minutes. After that, the potatoes would like to be cooked and almost greased.
Now put this in a blender / food process, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all into a soft and creamy soup.
Now the soup is ready for serving

The soup is incredibly delicious if just a few shrimps on Stegte bacon can be used before serving, but this does not mean that it is not nearly as healthy.
