1.5 | tsp | Salt |
100 | g | Wheat bran |
200 | g | Sifting |
3 | tbsp | Oil |
30-50 | g | Coarsely chopped walnuts |
4 | dl | Lukewarm water |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
50-70 | g | Coarsely chopped dates/figs |
Instructions for Healthy Fruit Groceries

The yeast is rinsed with the water, the other ingredients and approx. Half of the flour comes in. Eaten smoothly with a wooden or fork.
