Bring the yoghurt in a blender with water and juice. Blend it well and put the yoghurt mixture on a small patch jar and refrigerate it until it is to be drunk.
tips:
You may get various herbs in and possibly ginger, mint or anything else. Our favorite is to use raspberry juice, where the sugar source comes from birch seed, which is VERY healthier than sugar.
