1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wholemeal rye flour |
600 | g | Grahams |
8 | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Healthy 02
To prepare the Healthy 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in the lukewarm water.
The other ingredients are added and the dough is thoroughly kneaded. Add optional Grahamsmel, but do not get too firm.
The dough is covered and raises a loose place for approx. 30 min.
Take the dough on the table and divide it into 2-3 parts.
Lightly dough the dough and shape it into smooth bread without cracking.
The loaves are laid in lubricated molds, covered and adheres approx. 15 min. To double size.
The sliced, brush with water and baked at 200 degrees for approx. 40 min.
