Ingredients for Hash

1-2 | tsp | English sauce |
2 | Large onion | |
2-3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
30 | g | Butter |
3-4 | dl | Broth |
400 | g | Roast beef (a residual meat from the day before is fine) |
Instructions for Hash
To prepare the Hash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mal meat and onion through a meat mincer, or notches both very fine on a killer Board. Brown fat in a frying pan and saute the meat and onion in it by right of excessive heat. Sprinkle the flour over at constant stirring, until it is absorbed. Infant little by little the stock at below continue stirring. Put thyme into the Pan, reduce the heat and put a lid on. The Court let simmer 10 minutes. Roof timiankvisten up. Season to taste with salt, pepper and English sauce.
Serve with small roasted potatoes, salad and English sauce.
Tips:
Hashes can be tasted with sherry or madeira.
