600 | g | Beef, chopped about 10% fat |
Instructions for Hamburger steak with fried onions
To prepare the Hamburger steak with fried onions recipe, please follow these instructions:
Scroll forcemeat into a sausage and cut it into suitable pieces. Push them a little flat and chop the steaks lightly criss-cross with a knife, cruiser with salt and pepper.
Boil the potatoes.
Cut the onions in half and then into slices.
Brown the butter in a frying pan and gently fry the onions lightly for a few minutes over high heat. Push the onions a little together and put the steaks on and Brown the steaks for about 1 min on both sides. Turn down to medium heat and fry the steaks for about 5 min. on each side. Take the steaks and onions from the Pan and keep warm.
Sprinkle flour in the Pan and cook until the pan of broth, add a little colour. Taste the sauce with salt and pepper.
Server picks the steaks with boiled potatoes, onions and sauce.
