400 | g | Wheat flour (extra) |

Instructions for Grundballdej
To prepare the Grundballdej recipe, please follow these instructions:
Warm and Cream fraiche (36 degrees) and dissolve the yeast. Add liquid Becel, salt, sugar and egg. Stir well with a hand mixer or stirrer.
Add corn & amp; Grahamsmelet and stir around. Add the wheat flour gradually and stir until the dough almost does not stick more. Let the dough rest, a gentle place, in the bowl approx. 25 min.
Turn on the oven at 185 degrees hot air.
Make for "Muffins" (about 18 pieces), bowls (about 16 pieces), pizza snails (about 25 pieces), etc. and rest for 15 minutes.
Brush with chopped eggs and bag them for about 12 minutes. (10 min by pizza snails) in the middle of the oven.
