To prepare the Grilled venison m. Savoy cabbage and spicy potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Animal Club boned and rubbed into the salt, pepper, thyme and crushed juniper berries about 1 hour before grilling.
Indirect grilling for approx. 1 1/2 hour.
Let the animal Club meeting the rest 20 minutes before serving.
Savoy cabbage, bacon pieces fried chop finely and mix with Savoy cabbage.
Potatoes: Potatoes are cooked tender and almost reversed in separate pots with thyme and crushed hazelnuts.
Tips:
Savoy cabbage can chop in good time and in plastic bag in refrigerator.
