Instructions for Grilled sirloin with fresh coriander

To prepare the Grilled sirloin with fresh coriander recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the tenderloin and butter it into fish sauce and crushed garlic (Nahm plah). Let it pull for approx. Ten min. Shake the strips on a very hot pan or wok until golden. Then stab them into a mortar. Shake the sesame seeds until the oil pulls out. Chop coriander leaves, mint leaves and onions and mix them together into a cup.

Grill the barley for approx. 5 min on each side. Cut the grilled meat into very thin slices (use a sharp knife!) Divide the slices into two if they are large. Add fish sauce, lemon / lime juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spring onions and the roasted roasted rice rice and sesame seeds. Finally add the chopped, dry chilli and mix well together. If the dish seems too dry add additional fish sauce and lemon juice in the ratio 1: 1
