To prepare the Grilled Oriental Steak with Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Marinate the meat in the barbecue oil, flavored with ginger, for approx. 1 hour. Grill the meat for approx. 4 minutes on each side and let it rest for approx. 10 minutes. Wash and pick the salad in small pieces. Cut mango, pepper and spring onions in thin strips and mix them in a bowl of salads. Stir a dressing of barbecue oil, olive oil, grated gratin and lime juice. Dressings are mixed in the salad. Cut the fried meat into thin, long slices and put the meat on the salad. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chopped fresh mint and serve the dish immediately.
