Instructions for Green Tomatoes, sursyltede
To prepare the Green Tomatoes, sursyltede recipe, please follow these instructions:
The tomatoes are washed and pricked deeply with a fork. The tomatoes are added hereafter in sour wine which warms up. Salt and sugar stirred in. The tomatoes boil for about 3 minutes and then be put in jars.
Pearl onions covered with boiling water, peeled.
Pearl onions are boiled in brine for 5 minutes, together garlic, dill and scraped, sliced horseradish. Onions, dill and horseradish taken and with a slotted spoon and put it down to the tomatoes.
The brine is boiled into ca. 15 minutes. Atamon added. The brine is poured into the jar, which binds to right away.
