1 | Rod vanilla | |
2 | dl | Milk |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
4 | Past. egg yolks | |
70 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Green tea ice cream
To prepare the Green tea ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg yolks are whipped airy with sugar.
Vanilla bars are broken, the vanilla grains are scraped out and mixed with egg yolks. Cut the stalk into quarters and shake the pieces with the milk to get the last grain.
The mixture is added to the egg mass during whipping. Be careful not to get the stem pieces. Match the powder whipped in.
The cream is whipped to foam (not too firm) and gently bend with the other ingredients.
Freeze approx. 40 minutes in ice machine. Can be eaten immediately with soft-ice consistency or frozen approx. 1 hour further to get firmer.
