Share the peppers into halves or quarters, and remove the seeds. Grill them with skin side toward the heat, until they are dark, and the skin has blister (7-10 min). Let them cool a bit of under a damp towel, and peel the skin off. Cut them into strips. Rinse and swirl the salad thoroughly. Pick it into smaller pieces. Whisk olive oil and balsamic-vinegar together to form a dressing. Serve the grilled peppers on strimlede salad, and drizzle with the dressing.
