To prepare the Green cucumbers with red pepper recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cucumbers are brushed clean and dotted at each end. The onions are boiled in water for 3 minutes, drained and peeled. The peppers are flaked, rinsed free of cores and cut. Bring the salt layer to boil. Cucumbers, onion and pepper are placed in a 5 liter jar and covered with boiling brine. A saucer is placed on the reverse and the jar is cold. The following day the team was poured out. Vinegar, 500 g sugar and spices are boiled and poured immediately into the jar that is covered with a cloth. The following day the jar is attached. 1 - 2 weeks after pouring off the dough, mix with 2 kg of sugar and bring to a boil. Atamon is added.
