Juice of 1 lemon
½dlOlive oil
½tbspCane sugar
1bundleFlat-leaf parsley
2Chopped onions

4Chopped tomatoes

4-5dlVegetable stock
500gThinly sliced carrots

Instructions for Greek bean pot

To prepare the Greek bean pot recipe, please follow these instructions:

Vegetables are cleansed, rinsed and cut. Carrots, onion, tomato and garlic are poured into olive oil, herbal decoction is added and the herbs simmer approx. 5-10 minutes. Add the cooked lime beans, season the dish with sea salt, pepper, lemon juice and a little cane sugar.

Then pour the mixture into a greased oven dish which is placed in the oven at 160-170 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes.

Served with chopped parsley, Greek potatoes and country bread. Eaten by deep plate with spoon.
