Instructions for Gratinated Rhubarb-Strawberry soup
To prepare the Gratinated Rhubarb-Strawberry soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and sugar cooked up with a vanillestand. Rhubarb is cut finely and boil for 15 minutes along with 150 grams of strawberries. Then pressed through a sieve. The rest of the strawberries chop and place in the soup, which is then cooled.
The cream whipped lightly with icing and egg yolks. The soup is poured into deep plates with cream on top. Put under the preheated grill and gratineres.
The soup should be cold and the gratinerede top hot when the dessert is served.
