Instructions for Gratinated pork tenderloin
To prepare the Gratinated pork tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Coat pork fillets must free of sinew and membranes. Mariner ones like overnight, in so much of port wine that they are covered. Fillets must take up and dry them lightly. Season them with salt and pepper and fry them rosa (5-6 minutes) in a little butter in a frying pan. Take them from the heat. Marinaden port wine and broth mix and cook it in for approx. 2 dl. Add the cream and cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse well and share the broccolien into smaller florets. Clean the leek, share it lengthwise and cut it into smaller pieces. Slice the fennel lengthways into ravines. Steam the vegetables just until tender in salted water. Set the oven at the grill. Put the vegetables in a baking dish. Cut the fillets must in not too thinly sliced and favor them over the vegetables. Pour a little of the sauce over the cheese all over the Court and advantage in a thin layer. Cakes right in the oven in 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle chives over and serve with potatoes or pasta and the rest of the sauce.
