Instructions for Gratinated broccoli with ham
To prepare the Gratinated broccoli with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the broccoli stalks into suitable pieces and boil them in about 5 mins in a little water. Cut the ham into strips. Put the cooked broccoli in a greased casserole dish and benefit the ham over raspet cabbage. Make the sauce of margarine, flour, boil water, milk, salt and nutmeg. Stir the egg yolks in the sauce and whip the egg whites until stiff. The reversed to end gently in the sauce and poured over the cabbage and ham. Sprinkle with bran and Parmesan cheese. Behind right at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes to the surface is light brown.
