2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
500 | g | Mexican piloncillo or 1 l. dark powder sugar |

To prepare the Grassardessert (Calabaza Enmielada) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The parsley is halved and the cherries are removed. Divide each piece into 3 parts. Remove if necessary. Dark thorns or the like. Pour water into a pan and put the pumpkin pieces next to each other. Sprinkle piconcillo or powdered sugar on them and bring the water to boil with high heat. Put on a lid and simmer until it's tender. Every now and then water is poured over them. Let them cool on the forehead. The pumpkin pieces are served on plates and some of the sugar layer is poured over. There may be Come a top whipped cream on each.
