To prepare the Grandma's crispy sugarcrumbs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir fat, sugar and cardamom together. Add flour and baking soda alternately with the cream. Work the dough well so that it is smooth and free of lumps. Form the dough into a roll and divide it into 24 equal parts. Roll each piece to a small bowl. Place it on a plate covered with baking paper. Push the balls lightly towards the center so they are about 3 cm in diameter. Bake them at 225 degrees on the bottom groove for about 10 minutes. Let the cakes get cold. Divide them by sticking a fork into the middle of the cake. You can also use a blunt knife. Place the cakes on a plate with the overhanging side facing up. Shake them in the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes.
